Common Questions
Things People Often Ask
What exactly happens in a workshop session?
Sessions are calm, educational gatherings — not legal consultations. A facilitator walks through general approaches to sorting papers, noting document locations, and creating an information folder. There is time for questions, and participants always work at their own pace.
Is this a form of legal or financial advice?
Not at all. Estavia offers general education and practical organising support only. We do not draft documents, advise on personal arrangements, or act in any professional advisory capacity. We always encourage participants to consult qualified professionals and relevant official bodies for their own situations.
Who typically joins these sessions?
A wide range of people — expats and Thai nationals alike — who feel they would benefit from a calm, guided space to bring order to their papers. Many attendees come with a family member. Sessions are in English and group sizes are kept small to allow for a relaxed atmosphere.
How long does each session run?
The Peace of Mind Organising Workshop typically runs for around three hours, with a natural break in the middle. The Document Inventory Garden Session is a half-day format. Reflection Membership sessions are held monthly and last approximately two hours.
Do I need to bring any documents along?
For the Document Inventory session, yes — bringing your papers is the heart of the session. For the Organising Workshop, it is entirely optional. We provide all stationery and templates. A pre-session guide is sent to enrolled participants with suggestions on what might be useful to bring along.
How do I pay, and what is the refund arrangement?
Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Thai Baht. Please contact us directly for payment details after making an enquiry. Our refund approach is outlined in our Terms & Conditions — we aim to be fair and accommodating where possible, particularly when advance notice is given.
