1. About Estavia

Estavia is a Bangkok-based educational organisation offering estate organising workshops, document inventory sessions, and a peer reflection membership (together, the "Services"). Our registered address is 138 Thanon Bamrung Mueang, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Bangkok 10100, Thailand.

Estavia operates strictly as an education and facilitation provider. We are not a law firm, financial advisory practice, notarial service, or any form of regulated professional service. Nothing in our sessions, materials, website, or communications constitutes individual professional, legal, financial, or estate-planning advice.

2. Scope of Services

Our sessions are designed to provide general education, practical organising tools, and facilitated group discussion. Specifically:

• The Peace of Mind Organising Workshop (฿3,500) is a general educational session on approaches to sorting personal papers and creating an information folder. It does not involve drafting any document or advising on individual circumstances.
• The Document Inventory Garden Session (฿7,200) is a practical organising session to help participants catalogue documents they bring and note their locations. No advice on personal arrangements is provided.
• The Reflection Membership (฿11,800 per year) provides access to facilitated monthly conversation sessions, organising guides, and a peer community. All content remains at the level of general education. Members are signposted to relevant qualified professionals and official bodies when individual guidance is needed.

Participants are strongly encouraged to consult qualified legal, financial, and professional advisors for decisions relevant to their own personal circumstances.

3. Registration and Payment

To secure a place at any session, please contact us via the enquiry form on our website or by email at [email protected]. A place is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Thai Baht. Payment details will be provided on confirmation of your enquiry. All fees are stated inclusive of applicable Thai taxes unless noted otherwise.

Membership fees for the Reflection Membership are due annually on the anniversary of the member's registration date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation approach is as follows:

• Cancellations received more than 14 days before a scheduled session: full refund of the session fee.
• Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before the session: 50% of the session fee refunded.
• Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the session: no refund, but the participant may transfer their place to a later session of the same type, subject to availability.
• Reflection Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of the membership year, except where Estavia cancels or significantly changes the membership offering.

Estavia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

5. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to engage with sessions in a respectful manner towards facilitators and other participants. Estavia reserves the right to ask any participant to leave a session if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the calm and educational purpose of the gathering. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions — including organising templates, inventory sheets, conversation cards, and any other printed or digital resources — are the intellectual property of Estavia. Participants may use these materials for their own personal, non-commercial purposes. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted for any other purpose without prior written consent from Estavia.

The content of this website, including all text, design, and structure, is also the property of Estavia and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Estavia's Services are provided for general educational purposes only. We make no representation that the information provided in sessions or on this website is suitable for any individual's specific circumstances. Participants act on any information shared in sessions entirely at their own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Estavia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from attendance at a session, use of session materials, or reliance on information shared in any Estavia context.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Estavia's negligence, or for fraud.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for a session or using this website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Estavia's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
